When considering Individual/Family coverage:
As of Jan. 1, 2014 all Individual and Family plans are "guaranteed to issue", no one can be turned down due to medical conditions.
We are certified with Covered California, the Health Care Exchange and can assist you in choosing the right plan and obtaining a subsidy if you qualify.
Please be aware that the networks for the carriers are different for the new ACA compliant individual plans than from older plans or group plans so it pays to check before you apply. We can help you do the research.
While it may seem helpful to have numerous agents contact you, you are not buying a car, there is no negotiating on the rate. The rates we quote are the same as going direct through the carriers or ANY other agent or website. State law prohibits the discounting of health insurance premiums.
